Brig Hart's 10 Steps to Success

Wow almost 5 yrs since Brig Hart brought his Road to Blue Diamond Tour to Dallas. Brig spoke to over 200 attendes which  was a big crowd for Monavie. As everyone knows Brig has had a long and successful career in Network Marketing starting with Amway / Quixtar in the late 1970's and most recently with Monavie. At the meeting in Dallas Brig shared his 10 steps to success that can be used for whatever business you are promoting. It appears that the 10 steps are still working for Brig and Lita as they are now Monavie's highest earning couple.
  • Show The Plan- You can do all the other steps, but unless you Show The Plan (STP), your business won't grow. Set and Make a goal to be a Go-Getter by showing the plan a minimum of 3-5 times a week.
  • Personal Use- Your organization duplicates you. You should be your own best customer. Set and achieve a goal of $200-$300 of personal volume- 2 cases.
  • Retail Customers- Sharing your products and resources with clients and customers is a key element to your personal profit. Set and achieve a goal to develop and regularly service 3 to 6 customers.
  • Listen to CDs- Distributors who want their businesses to grow will listen to CD's everyday. These are for both husband and wives. Set and achieve a goal to be together and participate in the word of the week program, (WOW). Remember, a positive CD a day keeps the negative away!
  • Begin Reading- Reading is vital to your personal growth. In renewing your mind, you will find yourself being transformed. Read the books, The Magic of Thinking Big, How To Win Friends and Influence People, The Go-Getter, and Think and Grow Rich. Make it your goal to read one new book every month. You will become what you read!
  • Meeting and Conferences-Association, knowledge, motivation and inspiration are the keys to your growth. Set and a achieve a goal of attending every business meeting and conference possible, from home and open meetings to local and regional conferences to major weekend business conferences.
  • Counsel- Be teachable: set and achieve a goal to counsel once a month with your active, growing upline. Counsel with the wise, and become wise. This will help you keep your business on track.
  • Total accountability and Integrity- Let your work be your bond. Be dependable to both your upline and your downline. Remember, your personal integrity is the key to your team, and your the team is the key to your success.
  • Relationships- Relationships are the glue of the business. No one will care how much you know until they know how much you care. Become a friend, and you will have friends. Build a friendship, and the people will build the business. Friends do what friends do!
  • Have faith- Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not yet seen. Faith will move mountains and create large organizations
